Meet Enrico

Co-founder, Pizzaiolo, Neapolitan Trained

“Pizza isn’t just food — it’s a craft, a tradition, and something worth doing right.”

I’m Enrico, and Botta Neapolitan was a shared vision brought to life — a space where bold Italian flavors and old-school technique meet modern taste. Trained by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), my team and I built this restaurant to honor the roots of Neapolitan pizza while adding our own twist.

Everything we serve is handcrafted — dough fermented daily, meatballs rolled in-house, organic greens for our salads, and bread baked fresh every morning. If it’s not made with care, it doesn’t go on the plate.

This is more than a pizzeria. This is Botta — Naples in spirit, made for today.

This restaurant is fantastic. Everything that we have had from the menu so far has been delicious. The pizza is authentic Italian pizza and tastes just as the pizza does in Italy. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh as well. The service has been great both times that we have been and the ambiance feels just like a pizzeria in Italy. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of effort into ensuring that the ingredients and quality of the food are as good as can be!

Hands down the best pizza I have had in brevard!

Me and my wife got the meat lovers and all I can say is woooow.

The staff is beyond friendly, the atmosphere is very clean and relaxed.

You can tell the owner and employees really care about this establishment and the customers that attend.

Second visit - PERFECT! Third visit right now - even BETTER! This was the first new Italian pizzeria that opened in this part of Viera, and the neighborhood was super excited to see it - to the point where the line was six to eight deep, or more, for a week or two. With the opening of a competing and much larger pizza restaurant in the Publix shopping center, it has finally calmed down a little, so we ventured out. Botta is more like a pizza shop that happens to have tables, but with a full service waitstaff. I’ve been reading reports on social media people raving about this place - but you know how Viera people are. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered two burrata and prosciutto appetizers, and they were quite good. Just the right amount of balsamic glaze, and the prosciutto was cured to perfection. Granted, my Roman marinara pizza was amazing. The crust was very good. We are a little spoiled because we just returned from Naples after spending a month in Italy, so we’ve seen and tried the best of the best. My $20 pizza was reasonably priced and enough to feed myself and my wife adequately. I decided to try their house wine which was served in a stemless glass, which apparently is a big no-no with wine snobs. Botta fine-tuned their dishes with wonderful perfection.

Overall, I would highly recommend Botta!
